despite the fact that my already puny weekend has been sacrificed to the dreaded weekend course, the class ain't bad. actually learning quite a bit about african-american cinema, aaaand, the one paper that was originally assigned for the class has been tossed out! fuckin' swish. no backboards. in other news- the show last night went splendidly minus poking my fucking eye out with my drumstick...POINTLESS ACT! but yeah, spirits were warmed with various metals and other riffage and i felt really confident about both sets- shit was on.
